Accepted payment methods
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Stripe.
We are also able to invoice you via PayPal and TransferWise for manual activation of accounts. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All transaction currencies are in USD (US Dollar).
For customers on our annual plan, your billing frequency is 365 days. That is, if you are billed on January 1st, you will be billed 365 days later. On a non-leap year, this will be the following January 1st.
If you're on a monthly plan, your billing frequency will be every 30 days. For example, if you are billed on January 1st, you will be billed again on January 31st.
Eager uses Stripe's Billing product to manage recurring payments.
We are legally required to charge 13% HST for Canadian customers.
Our system detects whether you are accessing our systems from a Canadian IP address at the time of your account creation. We keep a record of this for tax compliance and auditing purposes.
You will see an indicator in our system that GST/HST is required for any billing created under your account. If you believe this is in error, please contact us at email@example.com.
To change your tax status, we will require official documentation (eg. Articles of Incorporation) that your business is domiciled outside of Canada.
Credit card security
Eager does not collect or store credit card within our own system and infrastructure. Instead, we use Stripe to process credit card payments. All collection of credit card information occurs on their servers.

We offer a no questions asked 14 day refund. For refund requests beyond the 14 days, please contact us with a reason for your request for refund.
Currently, there is no time limitation for trial periods. However, certain limitations exist within the app. Please refer to in-app prompts to learn about the benefits of subscribing to Eager.
